Datenschutzhinweis für das Affiliate-Dashboard

Dieser Hinweis erklärt, welche personenbezogenen Daten wir verarbeiten, wenn Sie sich im Affiliate-Dashboard von Affiliso registrieren und es nutzen, wozu wir das tun und welche Rechte Sie haben. Für unsere Website affiliso.com gilt zusätzlich deren Privacy Policy.

Pflichtangaben sind im Formular gekennzeichnet. Ohne sie können wir Ihr Konto nicht freigeben oder keine Vergütung auszahlen.
3. Wie die Identitätsprüfung abläuft
- Die Ausweiszone und der Adressnachweis (Datum, Art, Name, Straße) werden auf unserem eigenen Server automatisch gelesen. Die Bilder werden dafür nicht an andere Anbieter geschickt.
- Das Selfie vergleicht ein Mitarbeiter von Affiliso mit dem Ausweisfoto. Es findet kein automatischer Gesichtsabgleich statt; biometrische Merkmale werden nicht technisch ausgewertet.
- Die automatische Vorprüfung gibt nur Hinweise. Die Entscheidung über die Freigabe trifft immer ein Mensch (keine automatisierte Entscheidung im Sinne von Art. 22 DSGVO).
4. Empfänger
- Hosting: HostPapa (Server in den USA) betreibt den Server, auf dem das Dashboard und Ihre Daten liegen, in unserem Auftrag.
- Zahlungswege: Bei einer Auszahlung erhalten die beteiligten Banken die Zahlungsdaten. Bei Auszahlungen in USDC oder USDT ist die Überweisung an Ihre Wallet-Adresse in der öffentlichen Blockchain dauerhaft sichtbar.
- Ihr Sponsor und Ihre Upline sehen in ihrem Team Ihre ID, Ihren Vornamen mit dem ersten Buchstaben des Nachnamens (bei Firmen den Firmennamen), Ihre Stufe und Ihren Nettoumsatz als Summe (eigener Umsatz und Umsatz mit Ihrer Downline; eigene Investitionen zählen beim eigenen Umsatz mit), ohne Namen oder Einzelbeträge von Anlegern, nicht aber Ihre KYC-Unterlagen, Steuerdaten oder Bankverbindung. Vor der Registrierung wird Ihr Sponsor nur mit Initialen angezeigt.
- Behörden, Gerichte, Berater: nur, wenn wir dazu gesetzlich verpflichtet sind oder es zur Durchsetzung oder Abwehr von Ansprüchen nötig ist (z. B. Steuerbehörden, Steuerberater, Rechtsanwälte).
Die E-Mails des Dashboards versenden wir über unseren eigenen Server. Wir setzen keine Analyse- oder Werbedienste ein und verkaufen keine Daten.
5. Verarbeitung in den USA
Affiliso Inc. ist ein Unternehmen in den USA, und unser Server steht in den USA. Ihre Daten werden daher in den USA verarbeitet. Dort gilt nicht das Datenschutzniveau der Europäischen Union; insbesondere können US-Behörden unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen auf Daten zugreifen. Die Verarbeitung ist für die Durchführung des Affiliate-Vertrags erforderlich, den Sie mit uns schließen (Art. 49 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Wir schützen Ihre Daten durch verschlüsselte Übertragung, verschlüsselt gespeicherte Anmeldefaktoren, Zugriff nur für berechtigte Mitarbeiter mit Passkey und ein Protokoll aller Zugriffe im Admin-Bereich.
6. Speicherdauer
- Kontodaten: solange Ihr Konto besteht.
- KYC-Unterlagen und Ergebnisse der Sanktionsprüfung: bis 5 Jahre nach Ende der Geschäftsbeziehung, um die Prüfung nachweisen zu können. Unterlagen einer abgelehnten Prüfung: bis 12 Monate nach der Entscheidung.
- Provisionen, Auszahlungen und Steuerformulare: so lange, wie steuer- und handelsrechtliche Aufbewahrungspflichten es verlangen, in der Regel bis 7 Jahre nach Ende des Kalenderjahres.
- Vertragsannahmen: bis zum Ablauf der Verjährungsfristen für Ansprüche aus dem Vertrag.
- Anmeldeprotokolle: in der Regel 12 Monate.
Danach löschen oder anonymisieren wir die Daten. Vergebene Affiliate-IDs bleiben in einem Register gesperrt, damit keine ID ein zweites Mal vergeben wird; das Register enthält keine weiteren Angaben über Sie.
7. Cookies und Speicher im Browser
Das Dashboard setzt nur ein technisch notwendiges Sitzungs-Cookie, damit Sie angemeldet bleiben. Es gibt keine Tracking- oder Werbe-Cookies. Außerdem merkt sich der Browser die gewählte Sprache und Währung. Schriften und Bilder werden von unserem eigenen Server geladen.
Push-Mitteilungen: Nur wenn Sie sie unter der Glocke selbst einschalten. Dann speichern wir für Ihr Gerät eine Zustelladresse des Push-Dienstes Ihres Geräts bzw. Browsers (bei Apple-Geräten Apple, bei Android und Chrome Google, bei Firefox Mozilla). Über diesen Dienst stellen wir kurze Hinweise zu: neues Teammitglied, Provision gebucht, Auszahlung, Identitätsprüfung, neue Dokumente oder Werbemittel. Der Inhalt ist verschlüsselt, enthält aber keine Beträge und keine Namen anderer Personen. Sie können Push jederzeit unter der Glocke oder in den Einstellungen des Geräts ausschalten; die Zustelladresse löschen wir dann. Die Meldungen in der Glocke speichern wir bis zu 12 Monate.
Postfach und E-Mail-Hinweise: Mitteilungen von Affiliso (z. B. neue Vertragsfassungen, Beanstandungen, Beendigung) stellen wir in Ihr Postfach im Dashboard. Die Texte speichern wir verschlüsselt (AES-256) auf unserem eigenen Server, zusammen mit dem Zeitpunkt, wann Sie sie gelesen haben, und an welche Adressen ein Hinweis ging – das dient dem Nachweis der Zustellung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO). Wir speichern sie für die Dauer des Vertrags und bis zu 3 Jahre nach seinem Ende. Per E-Mail schicken wir nur einen Hinweis ohne Inhalt: bei wichtigen Mitteilungen immer an Ihre Login-Adresse, sonst nur, wenn Sie das im Profil einschalten. Dafür können Sie eine weitere E-Mail-Adresse angeben; sie wird erst nach Bestätigung per Link genutzt, und Sie können sie jederzeit im Profil wieder löschen. Haben Sie weder Push noch E-Mail-Hinweise eingeschaltet und Hinweise im Dashboard länger als 3 Tage nicht gelesen, erinnern wir Sie höchstens einmal pro Woche per E-Mail.
Zugriffs-Statistik: Bei jedem Aufruf des Dashboards zählen wir ohne Cookies: Zeitpunkt, Land (aus der IP-Adresse ermittelt, lokal auf unserem Server mit der Datenbank „IP to Country Lite“ von DB-IP), Geräteart (z. B. iPhone, Android, PC), Browser, ob die App vom Startbildschirm geöffnet wurde, Herkunft (Empfehlungslink, Werbemittel oder verweisende Website) und ob danach eine Anmeldung oder Registrierung erfolgte. Die IP-Adresse speichern wir dafür nicht. Um Aufrufe und Anmeldung desselben Besuchers zu verbinden, bilden wir einen Prüfwert aus IP-Adresse, Browser und einem täglich wechselnden Zufallswert; er wird nach 2 Tagen gelöscht. Danach lassen sich die Einträge keiner Person mehr zuordnen. Wir löschen sie nach 13 Monaten. Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse an der Verbesserung des Angebots und an der Abrechnung der Werbung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
Werbe-Statistik: Wenn jemand einen Empfehlungslink, die Seite eines Werbemittels oder einen eingebetteten Player aufruft, ein Video startet oder sich registriert, zählen wir das, damit Affiliates und Affiliso sehen, welches Werbemittel wie oft genutzt wird. Gespeichert werden nur Zahlen je Tag, Werbemittel und Affiliate-ID. Damit mehrfache Aufrufe derselben Person am selben Tag nur einmal zählen, bilden wir aus IP-Adresse und Browserkennung zusammen mit einem täglich neuen Zufallswert einen nicht umkehrbaren Prüfwert; Zufallswert und Prüfwerte löschen wir nach spätestens zwei Tagen. IP-Adressen speichern wir dafür nicht, Cookies setzen wir dafür keine. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an der Auswertung der Werbung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
8. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch gegen Verarbeitungen, die auf berechtigtem Interesse beruhen (Art. 21). Schreiben Sie dazu an support@affiliso.com. Wir antworten innerhalb eines Monats. Gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten können einer sofortigen Löschung entgegenstehen; dann sperren wir die Daten bis zum Ablauf der Frist.
Sie können sich außerdem bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, insbesondere in dem EU-Land, in dem Sie wohnen.
9. Änderungen
Wenn sich die Verarbeitung ändert, passen wir diesen Hinweis an. Das Datum oben zeigt den aktuellen Stand.

Mandatory fields are marked in the forms. Without them we cannot approve your account or pay out compensation.
3. How identity verification works
- The machine-readable zone of your ID and your proof of address (date, type, name, street) are read automatically on our own server. The images are not sent to other providers for this.
- An Affiliso employee compares your selfie with the photo on your ID. There is no automated facial recognition; biometric features are not analysed by technical means.
- The automated pre-check only provides indications. A human always decides on approval (no automated decision within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR).
4. Recipients
- Hosting: HostPapa (servers in the USA) operates the server on which the dashboard and your data are stored, on our behalf.
- Payments: For a payout, the banks involved receive the payment details. For payouts in USDC or USDT, the transfer to your wallet address is permanently visible on the public blockchain.
- Your sponsor and upline see your ID, your first name with the initial of your last name (company name for companies), tier and your net sales as totals (own sales and sales including your downline; your own investments are included in your own sales) in their team view, without names or individual amounts of investors, but not your KYC documents, tax data or bank details. Before registration, your sponsor is shown by initials only.
- Authorities, courts, advisers: only where we are legally required to do so or where necessary to establish or defend legal claims (e.g. tax authorities, tax advisers, lawyers).
Dashboard emails are sent from our own server. We do not use analytics or advertising services and we do not sell data.
5. Processing in the USA
Affiliso Inc. is a U.S. company and our server is located in the USA, so your data is processed in the USA. The USA does not provide the level of data protection of the European Union; in particular, U.S. authorities may access data under certain conditions. The processing is necessary to perform the affiliate agreement you conclude with us (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). We protect your data with encrypted transmission, encrypted storage of sign-in factors, access restricted to authorised staff with passkeys, and a log of all access in the admin area.
6. Retention
- Account data: for as long as your account exists.
- KYC documents and sanctions screening results: up to 5 years after the business relationship ends, to evidence the checks. Documents from a rejected verification: up to 12 months after the decision.
- Commissions, payouts and tax forms: as long as tax and commercial retention duties require, usually up to 7 years after the end of the calendar year.
- Contract acceptances: until the limitation periods for claims under the agreement have expired.
- Sign-in logs: usually 12 months.
After that, we delete or anonymise the data. Issued affiliate IDs remain blocked in a register so that no ID is ever issued twice; the register contains no further information about you.
7. Cookies and browser storage
The dashboard only sets a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies. The browser also remembers the language and currency you have chosen. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server.
Push notifications: Only if you switch them on yourself under the bell. We then store a delivery address of your device’s or browser’s push service (Apple for Apple devices, Google for Android and Chrome, Mozilla for Firefox). Through this service we deliver short notices: new team member, commission booked, payout, identity check, new documents or promotional material. The content is encrypted and contains no amounts and no names of other people. You can switch push off at any time under the bell or in your device settings; we then delete the delivery address. We keep the notices in the bell for up to 12 months.
Inbox and email notices: We place messages from Affiliso (e.g. new contract versions, complaints, termination) in your inbox in the dashboard. We store the texts encrypted (AES-256) on our own server, together with the time you read them and the addresses to which a notice was sent – this serves as proof of delivery (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep them for the term of the agreement and for up to 3 years after it ends. By email we only send a notice without content: for important messages always to your login address, otherwise only if you switch this on in your profile. For this you can enter another email address; it is used only after confirmation via a link, and you can delete it again in your profile at any time. If you have switched on neither push nor email notices and have not read notices in the dashboard for more than 3 days, we remind you by email at most once a week.
Access statistics: Each time the dashboard is opened we count, without cookies: time, country (derived from the IP address, locally on our server using the “IP to Country Lite” database by DB-IP), device type (e.g. iPhone, Android, PC), browser, whether the app was opened from the home screen, origin (referral link, promotional material or referring website) and whether a sign-in or registration followed. We do not store the IP address for this. To link visits and sign-in of the same visitor, we form a check value from the IP address, browser and a random value that changes daily; it is deleted after 2 days. After that, the entries can no longer be attributed to any person. We delete them after 13 months. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the service and in accounting for advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Advertising statistics: When someone opens a referral link, the page of a promotional item or an embedded player, starts a video or registers, we count it so that affiliates and Affiliso can see how often each item is used. We store only numbers per day, item and affiliate ID. So that repeated visits by the same person on the same day count once, we derive a non-reversible check value from the IP address and browser identifier together with a random value that changes daily; we delete the random value and the check values after two days at the latest. We do not store IP addresses or set cookies for this. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in evaluating advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Please write to support@affiliso.com. We respond within one month. Statutory retention duties may prevent immediate erasure; in that case we restrict the data until the period expires.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live.
9. Changes
If our processing changes, we will update this notice. The date at the top shows the current version.

Los datos obligatorios están marcados en los formularios. Sin ellos no podemos aprobar su cuenta ni pagar remuneraciones.
3. Cómo funciona la verificación de identidad
- La zona de lectura mecánica del documento y el justificante de domicilio (fecha, tipo, nombre, calle) se leen automáticamente en nuestro propio servidor. Las imágenes no se envían a otros proveedores para ello.
- Un empleado de Affiliso compara el selfi con la foto del documento. No hay reconocimiento facial automático; los rasgos biométricos no se analizan por medios técnicos.
- La comprobación previa automática solo da indicaciones. La decisión sobre la aprobación la toma siempre una persona (no hay decisión automatizada en el sentido del art. 22 RGPD).
4. Destinatarios
- Alojamiento: HostPapa (servidores en EE. UU.) opera, por encargo nuestro, el servidor en el que se encuentran el panel y sus datos.
- Pagos: en un pago, los bancos que intervienen reciben los datos de pago. En los pagos en USDC o USDT, la transferencia a su dirección de wallet queda visible de forma permanente en la blockchain pública.
- Su patrocinador y su línea ascendente ven en su equipo su ID, su nombre con la inicial del apellido (en empresas, el nombre de la empresa), su nivel y sus ventas netas como suma (ventas propias y ventas con su downline; sus propias inversiones cuentan en las ventas propias), sin nombres ni importes individuales de inversores, pero no sus documentos KYC, datos fiscales ni datos bancarios. Antes del registro, el patrocinador solo se muestra con iniciales.
- Autoridades, tribunales, asesores: solo cuando estemos obligados legalmente o sea necesario para hacer valer o defender derechos (p. ej. autoridades fiscales, asesores fiscales, abogados).
Los correos del panel se envían desde nuestro propio servidor. No utilizamos servicios de análisis ni de publicidad y no vendemos datos.
5. Tratamiento en EE. UU.
Affiliso Inc. es una empresa estadounidense y nuestro servidor está en EE. UU., por lo que sus datos se tratan en EE. UU. Allí no rige el nivel de protección de datos de la Unión Europea; en particular, las autoridades estadounidenses pueden acceder a datos en determinadas condiciones. El tratamiento es necesario para ejecutar el contrato de afiliado que celebra con nosotros (art. 49.1.b RGPD). Protegemos sus datos con transmisión cifrada, factores de inicio de sesión guardados cifrados, acceso solo para empleados autorizados con passkey y un registro de todos los accesos en el área de administración.
6. Plazo de conservación
- Datos de la cuenta: mientras exista su cuenta.
- Documentos KYC y resultados del control de sanciones: hasta 5 años después del fin de la relación comercial, para poder acreditar la verificación. Documentos de una verificación rechazada: hasta 12 meses después de la decisión.
- Comisiones, pagos y formularios fiscales: mientras lo exijan las obligaciones fiscales y mercantiles de conservación, por lo general hasta 7 años tras el final del año natural.
- Aceptaciones del contrato: hasta que prescriban los derechos derivados del contrato.
- Registros de inicio de sesión: por lo general 12 meses.
Después los suprimimos o anonimizamos. Los ID de afiliado asignados permanecen bloqueados en un registro para que ningún ID se asigne dos veces; el registro no contiene más datos sobre usted.
7. Cookies y almacenamiento en el navegador
El panel solo utiliza una cookie de sesión técnicamente necesaria para mantener su sesión iniciada. No hay cookies de seguimiento ni de publicidad. Además, el navegador recuerda el idioma y la moneda que ha elegido. Las fuentes y las imágenes se cargan desde nuestro propio servidor.
Notificaciones push: Solo si usted las activa bajo la campana. En ese caso guardamos para su dispositivo una dirección de entrega del servicio push de su dispositivo o navegador (Apple en dispositivos Apple, Google en Android y Chrome, Mozilla en Firefox). A través de este servicio enviamos avisos breves: nuevo miembro del equipo, comisión registrada, pago, verificación de identidad, nuevos documentos o material promocional. El contenido está cifrado y no incluye importes ni nombres de otras personas. Puede desactivar las notificaciones push en cualquier momento bajo la campana o en los ajustes del dispositivo; entonces eliminamos la dirección de entrega. Conservamos los avisos de la campana hasta 12 meses.
Buzón y avisos por correo: Los mensajes de Affiliso (p. ej., nuevas versiones del contrato, reclamaciones, finalización) los colocamos en su buzón del panel. Guardamos los textos cifrados (AES-256) en nuestro propio servidor, junto con el momento en que los leyó y las direcciones a las que se envió un aviso; esto sirve como prueba de la entrega (art. 6, apdo. 1, letras b y f del RGPD). Los conservamos durante la vigencia del contrato y hasta 3 años después de su finalización. Por correo solo enviamos un aviso sin contenido: en los mensajes importantes, siempre a su dirección de inicio de sesión; en los demás, solo si lo activa en su perfil. Para ello puede indicar otra dirección de correo; solo se utiliza tras confirmarla mediante un enlace y puede eliminarla en cualquier momento en su perfil. Si no ha activado ni las notificaciones push ni los avisos por correo y lleva más de 3 días sin leer avisos en el panel, se lo recordamos por correo como máximo una vez por semana.
Estadística de accesos: Cada vez que se abre el panel contamos, sin cookies: momento, país (obtenido de la dirección IP, localmente en nuestro servidor con la base de datos «IP to Country Lite» de DB-IP), tipo de dispositivo (p. ej., iPhone, Android, PC), navegador, si la app se abrió desde la pantalla de inicio, origen (enlace de recomendación, material promocional o sitio web de referencia) y si después se inició sesión o se registró. Para ello no guardamos la dirección IP. Para relacionar visitas e inicio de sesión del mismo visitante, formamos un valor de control a partir de la dirección IP, el navegador y un valor aleatorio que cambia a diario; se elimina a los 2 días. Después, las entradas ya no pueden atribuirse a ninguna persona. Las eliminamos a los 13 meses. Base jurídica: interés legítimo en mejorar el servicio y en liquidar la publicidad (art. 6, apdo. 1, letra f del RGPD).
Estadísticas de publicidad: Cuando alguien abre un enlace de referencia, la página de un material promocional o un reproductor insertado, inicia un vídeo o se registra, lo contamos para que los afiliados y Affiliso vean con qué frecuencia se usa cada material. Solo guardamos cifras por día, material e ID de afiliado. Para que las visitas repetidas de la misma persona en el mismo día cuenten una sola vez, generamos un valor de control no reversible a partir de la dirección IP y el identificador del navegador junto con un valor aleatorio que cambia cada día; eliminamos el valor aleatorio y los valores de control a más tardar a los dos días. Para ello no guardamos direcciones IP ni usamos cookies. La base jurídica es nuestro interés legítimo en evaluar la publicidad (art. 6, apdo. 1, letra f del RGPD).
8. Sus derechos
Tiene derecho de acceso (art. 15), rectificación (art. 16), supresión (art. 17), limitación (art. 18), portabilidad (art. 20) y oposición a los tratamientos basados en interés legítimo (art. 21). Escriba a support@affiliso.com. Respondemos en el plazo de un mes. Las obligaciones legales de conservación pueden impedir la supresión inmediata; en ese caso bloqueamos los datos hasta que venza el plazo.
También puede presentar una reclamación ante una autoridad de protección de datos, en particular en el país de la UE en el que resida.
9. Cambios
Si cambia el tratamiento, actualizaremos este aviso. La fecha de arriba indica la versión vigente.
